About Me

Hi, I’m Coco 💗

When I first became pregnant, I thought everything would go according to plan. I imagined pregnancy being a smooth and beautiful journey. But little did I know, pregnancy sometimes has a mind of its own. For months, I was constantly throwing up and trying to get through each day while still working a 9-5 job. Some days felt so overwhelming that I just wanted to quit and eventually I did. It wasn’t the pregnancy experience I had imagined. When it came time to give birth, I thought I would walk into the hospital with a clear plan and everything would go the way I expected. I had hoped for a natural birth, but my experience turned out to be very different. I was in labor for three days before eventually needing a C-section. And then came postpartum. Before becoming a mom, I didn’t realize how challenging the postpartum stage could be. Some days can feel incredibly overwhelming. There are moments when you’re exhausted, emotional, and feel like you might just cry in the corner. Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be very hard. What I’ve learned through this journey is that every mom’s experience is different. Some people have an amazing and smooth journey, while others face unexpected challenges along the way. No matter what stage you’re in, I want you to know this: you are not alone and it does get better.
